Refund policy

In accordance with Italian law and for government decree issued under parliamentary delegation nr. 21, dated 21/02/2014, the customer has the right to return the purchased product within 14 working days from the date of receipt.

How to return the product
  • The item must be undamaged, unworn, with the original label attached, in its original packaging.
  • Write an email addressed to help@pashmere.com indicating the order number, the code of the products to be returned, the reason for the return and your personal details.
  • You will then receive an email confirming we've received your request and we will authorize you to proceed.
  • Pack the product to return to the below address:

  • The shipping costs, risk of possible theft or loss will be all the customer's responsibility and no refunds can be granted for goods that are not received back.
  • You will receive a confirmation email within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
Refunds: As soon as we receive the returned product we will proceed with the refund, following the procedure written on the Return Form you sent us and within 14 days from the date of receipt of returned products. Other possible delivery costs will not be refunded and they will be at client's expense.

PLEASE NOTE: The item must be undamaged, unworn, with the original label attached, in its original packaging. Galassia s.r.l. will only refund products returned in a proper way, following all the stated terms & conditions. If the product you return will not with these terms & conditions, Galassia s.r.l. will reserve the right to return the product to the customer with no refund.

Personalised Items cannot be returned and not refund can be given.
